Wild Earth Creative Education have many years experience of leadership and teambuilding training. As hunter gatherers, we have historically been deeply connected to our environment. We have evolved as a species to flourish as part of a team and we thrive when working in social groups based on co-operation and effective communication.
Our corporate training workshops provide an informative, challenging and highly enjoyable experience designed to draw out leadership qualities from an endless variety of opportunities. The training is centred around predominantly survival based tasks that support non-verbal communication, overcoming problems (including potentially fear and anxiety), leading to individual and a team sense of achievement. Participants are carefully tracked throughout with our learning aim being to ‘strive, thrive, support’. Unique to Wild Earth Creative Education is the inclusion of a psychotherapist who will explore inter-relational or personal barriers to effective team participation.
